I had to start a class and made it so fast without too much thought, and it came out amazing.

sounds like... next time try Yerba Mate with spoon of Bee Pollen and agave nectar - it goes really well together.

It is the same thing but spelled differently. Cacao is original name that somehow was misinterpreted into different versions. Some stories tells that when it was brought to England from central America they could not pronounced it and thus varied in its own way...

Thanks for this wonderful recipe! I was full of energy after this drink this morning. Although I didn't add Tocotrienols. Can someone tell me what is it and where can I get that? Also, I just let the yerba mate leaves in room temperature water on my counter top during the night and it's very effective.

how do you use the yerba matte tea? i suppose it can't be boiled... is it left out in the sun or are the herbs directly poured in or do you make it like normal tea but then make sure that it cools down before you drink it?

I love 'Guayaki' brand. It comes right from the center of South American rainforest... and it has dynamic quality to it. It is energizing and relaxing at the same time, in the morning it gives you boost with composure of mental clarity and alertness. What else appeals to me it helps to preserve indigenes culture as well as their rainforest

Oh, this looks and sounds so good. I love tea. It's interesting..., I had a cup of Matè today. I think we are on the same [raw] wavelength. Cheers.
