steamed acorn squash - about 3/4 of a large one
one whole avocado, blended
salt, as needed
1. Spiral zucchini
2. Add steamed squash
3. Add blended avocado
4. Add salt and tumeric
This is my first visit here. Hope to get to know you all. I went mostly raw (about 80%) 2 weeks ago and already feel fantastic. There are toxic moments for sure but I did already handle a huge digestive problem. I tried a few times before to go raw but jumped in too fast and backed out from the detox. This time I'm doing it right. And it will help greatly to have friends to share with.
Here's a recipe that may not be terribly new but it's delicious.
