And I am trying lose weight so far lose 40 pounds being raw.......... I love it..... I need Somebody to help me stay raw. Please give me good sagastions to stay on raw. I love eat raw it delicious. I love sushi and green leafy smoothies . I love lemons and limes . I love make raw soup from greens. I love raw diet it is good and teasty . Not so mach raw broccoli dont like it raw .. I have Meat cravings . I know it means body need more proteins.. I am eating more avocados, when I craving meat and nuts, but it not realy helping me .</p>
