I would like to go completely raw or as close to it as possible. I am daunted right now by how much time I will have to put into the diet if I want to dehydrate breads, etc., and I'm hoping to find excellent recipes that will really light up the new dietary "rules" and make eating this way a truly enjoyable treat.</p> <p>I came to this lifestyle as a result of dealing with ovarian cancer. Riddled with fear and anxiety, I searched for information that would help me feel more in control, and I found much pointing to the advantages of a plant-based diet, which has always been something I wanted for myself. I also realized that going raw would be a wonderful step to improve my health and emotional well-being. So here I am!</p>
