I’ve been and done many things in my life, now I’ve Gone Raw! I currently teach school, but would love to leave the profession in order to open my own restaurant – the first raw foods cafe’ in Albuquerque. I completed culinary arts school last year and am now “working with the universe” to broker a partnership of some kind in order to make my dream a reality. The first step is reaching out. Maybe there is someone here… or someone with some suggestions… or someone to simply befriend because we have things in common. There’s lots of cool people on this site! Moved to New Mexico from Denver in 2003. – 38-year-old gay male. – 11 years experience working in restaurant realm. – Interested in music, theater, and fitness.
