Joined November 25, 2007<p>I’ve been and done many things in my life, now I’ve Gone Raw! I currently teach school, but would love to leave the profession in order to open my own restaurant – the first raw foods cafe’ in Albuquerque. I completed culinary arts school last year and am now “working with the universe” to broker a partnership of some kind in order to make my dream a reality. The first step is reaching out. Maybe there is someone here… or someone with some suggestions… or someone to simply befriend because we have things in common.
