Login to Community Signup for an account Login using Facebook<p>I live on the central Oregon Coast and have been raw for three years. I began as raw vegan, jumped in with both feet. After a year and a half I read Aajonus Vonderplaniz book "We Want to Live" and went with his recommendations. I gained alot of strength, especially in my legs, hips and knees. No more hips going out. However I gained back 25lbs. So now I am back to raw vegan until I get my weight down. Then perhaps I will begin adding back raw dairy and monitor it so I don't gain again.</p>
