I have been a vegetarian in highschool back in 2000s. During the birth of my daughter in 2013 I tore so badly in both personal areas that I have been dealing with rectal surgeries and complications 4 years now. I had a suspicion of Crohn's disease. Doctors are still debating. I have cut out cooked foods, carbs went first. Then I had to cut out cruciferous vegetables as they caused pain in my lower intestines. Then I went raw but pieces of fruit and veg would still hurt going thru me AND coming out so I smoothies and juices it is. Liquid diet basically. If anyone is dealing with stuff related to mine don't hesitate to message me for support.</p>
