Three years and 4 books later; I went 98% raw 2 months ago. I saw 98% because I still use some of the “not raw” products like Agave and Nutritional Yeast. I’m also a regular juice faster and have been eating organically & using all organic products for several years as well. My husband eats his dinners raw (sometimes), but eats the SAD the rest of the time… though he is not a junk food eater. This site has been invaluable to me for finding recipes and like minded people. It’s been my home page long before I went raw and is a constant reminder as to why I want this for myself and anyone else who cares to listen.</p>
