<p>I live in Santa Fe, New Mexico with my husband and our 17 year old Maltese Thelma. I've been interested in the health benefits of good nutrition for decades and have been interested in raw foods since the mid-90's. This year I really committed to doing some nutritional healing of chronic arthritis and started transitioning into a high-raw, alkalizing diet about 6 months ago. I'm about 95% raw and have had amazing results in reducing my arthritis symptoms. I have also lost 37 lbs., have increased energy and stamina, and sleep much better. I'm working toward starting a business teaching raw food preparation.</p>
