<p>I am an immigrant from the social democratic, health-nut populated country of Sweden, living in Philadelphia with my husband where I have been a happy resident and legal alien in the wonderfully diverse United States since October of 2007. I frolic in well-stocked produce sections of grocery stores throughout the city. I strongly believe that a raw vegan diet is the optimal nutrition, and incorporate this into most of our meals.</p>
