I’m a healthy girl in a little bit sick girl’s body right now. Working on getting well. I quit smoking June of 2006 after 34 years of smoking! YEAH!
Now I’m doing the weight thing. I have diabetes and high blood pressure, but since doing smoothies in the morning and other good things for myself, I’m so much better. Blood sugar down below 120! Blood Pressure down to normal!
