<p>Since June of 2007 I have made big changes in my life…I left my corporate job, started a new company, signed a contract to write a book, became a certified yoga teacher, eliminated 95% of the meat I was eating and discovered raw foods.</p> <p>I love the recipes and positive enthusiasm shared on this site. It helps me stay excited about eating better and finding great alternatives. There is not a raw food culture where I live, so I’m thankful for online communities like this one.</p> <p>That’s me on the left and my honey on the Right.</p>
