Raw Newbie
Raw in 78, now again!, needed to because, even though knowing better, was eating uncontrollably all things vegetarian, WAY too heavy!!! and feeling it. Healing now, yay! Northeast North American woman. Presently working with some quality practitioners and am eating primary as a frugivore with supplemental herbs. Yes, feeling much better.
