<p>Greetings I am Tonya and after being tired of feeling heavy, looking heavy and suffering the dis-ease of being heavy. I was empowered to go on a mission to conquer obesity.</p> <p>So that is the quest I am on at this present moment. I am on a mission to conquer obesity and assist others with conquering obesity,the natural and holistic way. By holistic I mean: mind, body and spirit.</p> <p>Presently my lifestyle consists of eating 75% raw and living foods.</p> <p>Blessings!</p>
