Yield1 large smoothie
2 apples (chopped)
2 handfuls baby spinach
1 cup water
1. Blend all ingredients together in either a food processor or blender.
2. Drink up!

In the beginning, I had trouble digesting the greens. OUCH! I keep my smoothies simple for digestion reasons.
If I want to make this the night before, I add lemon juice. I always hear this prevents oxidation. I don’t know if it matters or not, but it does give it a nice flavor as well. I store in glass and use tempered glass straws.
