YieldMakes cookies for 2-6 people
¼ cup pine nuts
½ cup macadamia nuts (soaked)
¼ cup Brazil nuts
1 kiwi (peeled)
1 Granny Smith apple (cored)
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
2. Spoon onto teflex sheet and dehydrate approximately 8 hours for soft cookies.

Super easy and yummy!
Great in the morning warm off of the dehydrator.
It would be pretty to cut some kiwi slices and put on top of the cookie before dehydrating. The kiwi gives it such a fun taste!
This idea would be great in a crepe size and possibly adding a banana.
I wanted to add coconut too.
