Sweet Potato Pie

This sweet potato pie was really yummy!

My friends loved it!

I didn’t have a pie pan, so I used a skillet, which explains the funny flat long shape! Enjoy!

No Blender Breakfast

So I think my roommates are tried of me using the blender and getting a little annoyed, especially when it wakes them up in the morning!

So today I made this instead of my usual green smoothie. And while it doesn’t have any greens in it, it was still very tasty!

This was just the order I added the ingredients. Feel free to add and mix however you choose.

Sweet Potato/Carrot Couscous

This is a delicious mix of sweet and a touch of salt.

A lovely, light side dish.

Chocolate Fudge Maki

Sometimes, it’s just plain fun to play with food and then eat it!

Raw Key Lime Pie

A most heavenly pie!

The filling is light, creamy, and divinely citrus-y. Lemons would probably be good too, but limes make it extra special.

The filling would also make a great parfait.

Chocolate Pie

The non-raw love this pie. Everyone loves this pie. I hope you do too.

Enjoy!

Tabbouleh as Ever

We hold the record for the biggest tabbouleh ever right here in Palestine! And look how green it is!

Not all traditional civilized foods are from hell… And you know what?

This recipe is not only traditionally high in raw ingredients, it is also very green, and it is eaten with whole fresh romaine leaves!

I recommend growing your own greens. It is one of the easiest things to grow in the garden and you get very quick results (no need to wait 5 years for the mango tree to produce..).

Otherwise, make sure to pick the sexiest greens you can find.

Raviolis - My Christmas Dinner

This was my Christmas dinner: Raviolis with coleslaw salad and broccoli salad.

It was very delicious.

Both my husband and I enjoyed it very much.

Serve with coleslaw salad and broccoli salad.

It was delicious! Enjoy!

Fantastic Flax Crackers

Very light, crispy, melt in your mouth crackers.

Love ‘em.
