Sorry but I didn't use a recipe, I just made it up as I went along!
The base is made of sprouted wheat berries with a bit of olive oil, and a dash of agave and salt. Instead of making a nut cheese I sliced up avocado really thinly and layed it over the base, then topped it with raw marinara sauce, chopped up red pepper and a 'fried' mushroom recipe - marinated mushrooms dehydrated for a few hours.
