Ingredients
Cauliflower as required to fill you
Sea spaghetti - about 20grams / just under an ounce
Rocket - enough to line the bottom of a bowl
2 (large) teaspoons of tahini
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce (guessed this one replace with a pinch of salt)
warmish water as required
Recipe Directions
Soak the sea spaghetti for a couple of hours then drain. Place the rocket in the bottom of the serving bowl. In another bowl mix the tahini and soy sauce/salt with enough warmish water to make a thick pouring consistency. Mix in the cauliflower (broken into tiny florets) and sea spaghetti until they are evenly coated. Serve over the rocket and enjoy.
I can't add a picture as I have just eaten it all!
