Makes Enough for 1 person or about 1/3 cup.
Ingredients
1 cup packed watercress
2 tablespoon walnuts
1 tablespoon cashew butter
2 clove garlic
2 tablespoon lemon juice
sea salt to taste
pepper to taste
Recipe Directions
Put the watercress, walnuts, garlic, salt and pepper in the food processor and pulse until just chopped. Add lemon juice and cashew butter and pulse until combined.

By yogamom Reminds me of the hot dip I loved during holidays! It also makes great pesto if you replace the cashew butter with a little olive oil. Great on raw crackers and vegetables. I ate mine with carrot sticks for a quick “cheese” fix!
