this is such a simple delicious idea. i added a banana to mine, soaked my dates, and put frozen fruit instead of cherries. It's not exactly the same recipe anymore, but using frozen fruit gives it a nice thicker texture.

I made an amazing discovery this morning - when you stir some buckwheaties (sprouted dehydrated buckwheat), it tastes just like Grape nuts stirred into fruit yogurt which I loved once upon a time. I was all nostalgic! Really yummy and easy.

I made this the other week for breakfast, and I loved it! This will become a standard in my breakfast repertoire. I used 2 figs instead of 3 dates, added 1/2" of vanilla bean, and I used 2t of cacao powder, since I love the combination of chocolate and cherries.
