It is invigorating when frozen and velvety when refrigerated. You can improvise by adding goji, hemp, macadamia nuts in each mold...

This recipe is just what I've been looking for! um, how much would 1/4pound be in say cups?..I know, duh.;)

camu camu comes in dried powder, that only used by very small quantities and gives slightly sour taste.

camu camu is one of the supper foods. it is a wild fruit comes evergreen tree of Amazon rain forest of Brazil and Peru. extremely high level of vitamin C (some of 30x more then oranges) as well as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, the amino acids and much more. It has been used to support immune system, straiten eyesight, healthy skin, support rejuvenation of collagen, including tendons/ligaments, reduces inflammation, helps respiratory system, enhances mental clarity and supports functions of various organs and body parts.

Cacao butter is pretty unique. You can prepare with coconut oil, then it would be best to keep it in the freezer or else it can be as fudge or spread.

Katie: it would be quit a production to make cacao butter. I would imagine it similar or more involved then making your own olive oil. If you don’t have it in your local health store you can try "raw" site such as Nature's First Law.

YES - it is cacao butter (partdon my "russian")
to keep it at the room temperature leave out coconut oil and add more cacao butter.
how it messures in cups? it comes in one pound packege and i use 1/4 at a time. I would say "half of cup"
Coconut flour is somewhat new. it is great for desserts, dressings, or topping for any of your creations

i have never heard of coconut flour until this recipe...is that shredded coconut ground even more?
