Chocolate. There is not much to say in what has not been said before. This is to all of you, who crave it to the point that, at times, nothing else will do. Almost an uncontrollable urge. It is invigorating when frozen and velvety when refrigerated. You can improvise by adding goji, hemp, macadamia nuts in each mold...

Those look scrumptious! Can I substitute the cacao butter? I don't have this and since I've lived here in Budapest, I haven't see any. I might have to what until I return to the States to make this lovely recipe. Thanks.

Cacao butter is pretty unique. You can prepare with coconut oil, then it would be best to keep it in the freezer or else it can be as fudge or spread.

Katie: it would be quit a production to make cacao butter. I would imagine it similar or more involved then making your own olive oil. If you don’t have it in your local health store you can try "raw" site such as Nature's First Law.

YES - it is cacao butter (partdon my "russian")
to keep it at the room temperature leave out coconut oil and add more cacao butter.

Coconut flour is somewhat new. it is great for desserts, dressings, or topping for any of your creations
