2 cups cashews (dried)
1/2 cup dates
3 cups dates (soaked)
4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup coconut oil (warm to liquefy)
1. In a food processor, process the dry cashews and dates until crumbly.
2. Press down into a pie pan and set aside.
3. Combine all of the filling ingredients in the food processor and blend till smooth.
4. Pour filling contents into the pie pan and place in refrigerator until set.
