Ingredients
1 medium zucchini
1 ripe avocado
1 clove of garlic
small handful of spinach
few sprigs of fresh dill (probably 2-4 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
dash cayenne pepper
chopped green onions
Recipe Directions
blend all ingredients except the chopped green onions in a high speed blender until smooth. top with chopped green onions and serve with fresh veggies!

By Tweedle this dip is great for dipping baby carrots, cucumber slices, etc!! I made this off the top of my head when I wanted a good dip for my carrots!
