This dressing, which uses my favorite fermented cream cheese, tastes a lot like Hidden Valley Ranch brand Cucumber ranch. Make that just like it. Warning: this makes a LOT of dressing, so you’ll want to cut it in half or even in quarters to start.

Whir everything in the blender and allow at least an hour for flavours to meld.
