Ingredients
2 tablespoon dehydrated parsley flakes, or 3 tsp fresh
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoon onion, minced
3 cup Real Cream Cheese (it's on my recipe page)
½ teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 cup cucumber juice (from juiced or blended cuke),
Tiny pinch cayenne pepper (more of a bare sprinkle)
Recipe Directions
Whir everything in the blender and allow at least an hour for flavours to meld.
Poemomm's Thoughts

This dressing, which uses my favorite fermented cream cheese, tastes a lot like Hidden Valley Ranch brand Cucumber ranch. Make that just like it.
Warning: this makes a LOT of dressing, so you’ll want to cut it in half or even in quarters to start.
