Simple but sublime! You can also make this with freshly juiced apple juice. I like to use orange juice with acidy fruits like pineapple and strawberry, and apple juice with peaches, nectarines, mango, etc.

3 bananas (frozen)
6 large strawberries or pineapple
1 1/2 cups orange juice (freshly squeezed)
8 dates

1. Put everything in the blender and let ‘er rip.
