1 ounce guacamole
1 ounce Nutmeat or a pate
¼ cup romaine and spinach
1 slice red onion
1 ounce shredded carrot
1 slice eggplant
1 dash olive oil
1 dash vinegar
5 slices red bell pepper
2 slices dehydrated bread or tortilla
1. Pile the ingredients high on the bread, adding and taking away to your liking.
Enjoy, and try not to drool too much while munching! I always make these with all my recipe left-overs from the rest of the week.

One thing I missed terribly on a raw food diet was huge piled sandwiches!
