Ingredients
1 cup dates
1 cup apple juice or juice of your choice
Recipe Directions
1. Blend dates with 1 cup fruit juice.
2. Pour into a pint jar.
3. Refrigerate.

i've seen this done with orange juice too... I haven't tried yet. Apple would be yum too :-)

You can use it as a sweetner, in recipes it is a good replacement for agave or honey.

yes- juice is ALWAYS a better substitute because the water in juice in intelligient, in a way :D
