½ cup flax meal
¾ cup water
2 tablespoon nut butter
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1) mix flax meal with water to desired consistency (let sit a few moments, as it thickens sligtly) 2) add nut butter of choice, cinnamon, and sweetner (date syrup, honey, or agave), if desired 3) stir and serve

I was looking for a cereal for my 3 year old and came across this one. I modified it slightly to keep it raw, but it makes a delicious and very filling breakfast for those who like cereal. Not to mention, it’s a snap to prepare!
