Ingredients
½ cup flax meal
¾ cup water
2 tablespoon nut butter
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe Directions
1) mix flax meal with water to desired consistency (let sit a few moments, as it thickens sligtly) 2) add nut butter of choice, cinnamon, and sweetner (date syrup, honey, or agave), if desired 3) stir and serve
Newbie's Thoughts
By newbieI was looking for a cereal for my 3 year old and came across this one. I modified it slightly to keep it raw, but it makes a delicious and very filling breakfast for those who like cereal. Not to mention, it’s a snap to prepare!
