Yield
Makes 8 bundles (enough for probably 2 people as a main) -
Equipment
None
Ingredients
8 spoonfuls (approx. 2 tsp each) hemp seed butter, [YUM!]
4 deglet noor dates, chopped
garlic powder to cover
Himalayan or other sea salt , to taste
32 short slivers of carrot
8 medium-sized chard leaves, (i love red chard for this)
Recipe Directions
Flatten out eight chard leaves on a cutting board. In the order listed, place equal amounts of each item on the end lip (that’s what I like to call it). Roll foward like sushi/ a burrito, and twirl the leftover ends of each side of the chard leaves. Tie the ends with what ever you fancy, and nosh away!
Intheraw13's Thoughts

A fabulous means of getting your greens! When the delicious combo of garlic and hemp meld with the sweetness of dates, you’ll forget that you’re eating an entire leaf of chard. Also works great with collards or nori.
