Serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup walnuts
3 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoon chopped red pepper
3 tablespoon chopped celery
½ cup chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
dash olive oil
dash apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cumin
dash chili powder
½ teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon honey
Recipe Directions
Place walnuts and chopped veggies in the food processor and pulse a few times. Add remaining ingredients and process until well mixed.

By AlisonA yummy variation of the taco meat recipe! One day I tried eating my salsa together with a nut loaf that I made and the flavor was so good! I decided to try and make a salsa-flavored taco meat and this really hits the spot for me!

Salsa Walnut Meat
I make this all the time! I love it because it doesn't have any nama shoyu/bragg's. I make it in a blender at low speed and it works fine. Really delicious. Thank you. : )
