<p>Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, I am a Kindergarten teacher in Seoul, South Korea! I have been a vegetarian for 12 years, and vegan for about the last 5 years. I had the wonderful experience of being 100% raw for 4 months last year, and am convinced its the way to go!
