Ingredients
2 2/3 cups buckwheat flour
1 1/3 cups almond flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 apple (chopped)
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup coconut water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup maple syrup
Flax meal
2 cups date paste (used California dates, coconut water, and lemon juice)
Recipe Directions
1. Mix the dry ingredients in mixer.
2. Then add chopped apple, coconut oil, water, extract, maple syrup, and then date paste. Mix.
3. Add flax meal until the batter firms up.
4. Form donut holes or scoop onto dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate for 4 hours.
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
