Recipe Directions

1. Throw ginger in a blender or food processor and then mash with banana and honey.

2. Add other ingredients (except sesame seeds) and mix thoroughly.

3. Mold into little balls and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

4. Refrigerate to set.

I'm really bad at making recipes for what I make up!! I used probably 3/4 cups of cut up pieces. But really use more or less depending on your tastes! Ginger is so strong that even a small amount will make it gingery...I personally like very gingery!

I am very grateful to you for this recipe, it's very inspiring and gave me lot of new ideas. I made my cookies with pumpkin instead of banana and risins and sunflower seeds instead of almonds and sprinkled those with more cinnamon. Mmmm, they are so yummy!
