Yield
1 serving
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups nut milk
5 dried figs (rehydrated)
2 1/2 tablespoons raw almond butter
Handful of goji berries
1 ice cube
1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Soak figs for about 20 minutes.
2. Add figs and milk (I used almond-hazelnut) to the blender. Puree until figs are completely blended.
3. Add almond butter and blend. Add goji berries and the ice cube and blend. If mixture is too thin, add more goji berries or some coconut oil. If more sweetness is desired, add agave or yacon.
4. Top with goji berries.
