1½ cups walnuts (chopped)
2 tablespoons raw honey or agave
Handful of raisins
Pinch of salt
¼ cup sesame seeds
1. Grind walnuts, honey, raisins, and salt in a Cuisinart until pasty. Taste and add more honey, if you like it sweeter.
2. Mix in sesame seeds. The measurements are estimates, so taste before you dehydrate!
3. Using a small ice cream scoop, or a measuring teaspoon, make the mixture into little mounds.
4. Dehydrate overnight.
5. To keep, I put mine in the freezer.
Minibeast's ThoughtsBy minibeast
Chewy sesame cookies. Yay!
I needed something sweet to take to school, since the candy machines have been calling to me lately.
