Yield
makes 4 cups
Ingredients
3½ cup organic raw walnuts, soaked at least 5 hours
2 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoon raw himalayan or sea salt
1 tablespoon organic curry powder
¼ cup cold pressed olive oil, make sure it is really raw.
2 teaspoon organic turmeric
2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ cup organic raisins or currants
2 teaspoon allspice
2 clove garlic, process them before the rest.
Recipe Directions
put aside the raisins or currants for now. all other ingredients put in a food processor on high until it is totally smooth. transfer to a mixing bowl and fold in the raisins or currants. enjoy! you can also get more tricky by shaping into cheese cubes and dehydrating it but it is so good anyway. more of a special occasion thing to dehydrate since it doesn’t exactly make it better for your body.
Baylorite's Thoughts
By bayloritethis cheese is splendid. it reminds me of that indian paneer cheese. delightfully sweet and savory.
