Joined April 18, 2008<p>I started my Raw Journey in March of '08 and have been enjoying the sometimes subtle, sometimes dramatic, changes in my thinking and food cravings. The things I used to crave now hold no appeal and sometimes are downright repulsive. I'm so thankful for all the love that has gone into making GoneRaw the wonderful website that it is. Time and time again, I've turned here for help, and always found the answers and recipes that I needed. I've amassed quite a library of raw food prep and philosophy books, but sometimes the quickest way to find the info I'm looking for is to do a search right here on this site.</p> <p>I'm still not 100% raw or 100% vegan (I have this "thing" for raw goat cheese), but I have at least reached a place where my diet has stabilized and is probably 70% raw, and I'm okay w/ that for now. I expect to push that percentage even higher this summer while I'm not working (work in a school), so I'll be stopping by this site even more frequently. Thanks to all of you who contribute and make this site such a special place, and especially to our hosts who created and maintain this wonderful raw oasis in the midst of a world full of cooked food!</p>
