2 cup Butternut squash or pumpkin, peeled, seeded, cubed
2 cup Walnuts
1 tablespoon Dill weed
½ Lemon juice (half a large lemon, or one small)
2 tablespoon Nama shoyu
1 tablespoon Dulse flakes
This can be used in sushi or as a spread. For sushi, we suggest avocado and/or cucumber.
Add squash and walnuts to food processor and pulse until the pieces are manageable. Add remaining ingredients.
