1 collard, romaine, or other leafy green
¼ avocado (mashed)
3 tablespoons pine nuts (Pignolias)
1. Lay out leaf.
2. Scoop mashed avocado into the center spine of leaf.
3. Sprinkle pine nuts on top of avocado.
4. Roll and enjoy!
Super simple, quick, easy, nutritious, and delicious.
What more can I say?
The funny thing about this is I do not care for any of these items alone, but together, they are one of my favorite foods!
