I found this recipe on a website, can’t remember where. It sounds like it would taste good on the singapore noodle recipe from this site or possibly a dressing for salad.

where do you get raw peanut butter? They only sell the roasted kind in stores.

Thanks everyone for the responses. Yes, I quite sure you can use whatever nut butters you have on hand. My farmers market carries raw peanuts. I doubt if they are organic.

I just made this & put it on a spinach salad. Soooo grubalicious! The flavor combo is just awesome. I almost want to drink it with a straw. {*LOL*} Thanks again for sharing. :)

rawksOmeOrama-I'm glad you liked the peanut sauce. I actually traveled 1 hr each way today to get the kelp noodles for the singapore noodle recipe. I plan on putting this saue on it. I'm so excited about trying this recipe. Glad you enjoyed it.

I've read that you can buy it online from several websites that cater to raw foodists. I've always been able to find it at the HFS. I can't always find raw & organic, but I can find raw. And if all else fails, you can always make your own following a simple nut butter recipe & substituting in raw peanuts. Or you could always just substitute whatever nut butter you may have. Your local market may even carry raw nut butters ... I found raw sunflower seed butter today at my local Vons of all places!

great recipe. I make something really similiar to this for a dipping sauce for thai wraps that have chopped basil and mint in them. The flavors are so good together!
