Ingredients

3 apples (grated)
1 cup poppy seed (ground)
½ cup coconut
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Honey, agave, or soaked raisins with soaking water

Recipe Directions

1. Mix everything together.

2. Dehydrate for 10-12 hours.

I grew up in Eastern Europe, and poppy seed pastries were everywhere!

My mom made all sort of yummy creations out of poppy seed.

I also like to drizzle some poppy seeds on a raw ice cream...it adds interesting flavors, especially coated on a banana.
