Serves 1 or 2
Ingredients
Water from one young coconut (would probably work with purified water too)
1 Handful of fresh or frozen berries (I used raspberries)
2 kiwis, peeled
Recipe Directions
Blend the coconut water, berries, and kiwis together.
And enjoy!
Another option is to add any superfood you want for added energy (I added hemp seeds and it worked very nicely).

By coconut dreamI love the seed content of this smoothie. The combination of the kiwi and raspberries is really nice. I’m sure this smoothie would be delicious with strawberries or even mango.
This is a very simple but delicious smoothie – my favorite. =DD
