Ingredients

Neatballs 

1/2 cup walnuts (I added more as needed for thickness) 

1/2 cup pecans 

1/2 small white onion 

4-5 dates 

1 Roma tomato

1/4 cup parsley 

2 tbsp garam masala (key for sweetness) 

2 tbsp crushed red pepper (for touch of spice & heat)

 

Sauce 

1 Roma tomato 

1/2 red bell pepper 

3/4 avocado (for creaminess) 

3 dates 

2 garlic gloves  

1-2 tbsp cold pressed flax seed oil (any cold pressed oil works) 

2 tbsp nutritional yeast 

 

Spaghetti Zoodles

2 zucchini spiraled (can also be ribboned w carrot peeler) 

1 tbsp of cold pressed flax seed oil (Any cold pressed oil will do) 

 

Herbs & Parmesan

 topped with basil  & nutritional yeast (both optional)  

 

 

 

 

Recipe Directions

Neatballs-

All ingredients in food processor, then roll into balls with hands

 

Sauce- Add all ingredients in food processor but add in cold pressed oil after other ingredients are mixed throughly 

 

Spaghetti- use zucchini to spiral or ribbon then massage cold press oil onto with hands or stirred.

Sweet Savory fulfilling taste. After this I felt great. My measurements may be slightly off as I added ingredients intuitively to get the right thickness/ consistency, so how ever thick/ or water you want the sauce is optional, I added avocado to add a creamy consistency and already used nuts in meatballs. This was delicious! Buon appetito
