2 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon fennel seed

Maihio's Thoughts
By maihio i don’t remember where i got this recipe for dukkah, but i love it. feel free to spice it up more – i usually do. i toss it on my salads, or mix it in with a veggie medley. sometimes i’ll mix it with a little cold press olive oil and dip raw veggies in it.
