Serves 4-6
Ingredients
1 cup sesame seed meal
.375 cup flax seed meal
.33 cup lemon juice
½ red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup kelp or dulse granules
½ cup water
1 clove garlic
Recipe Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend everything into a pasty consistency. Serve on large collard, chard, or lettuce leaves. You can place the mixture between two bell pepper halves to make a bell pepper sandwich.

By humanimalLow salt recipe that is great for wraps or even just as dip. I made this for all the people who can eat nuts and who are trying to lower or eliminate their salt intake. From experience, I think salt is addictive and can damage the ones internal organs if used in excess. So why not eliminate that risk and end the addiction :)

I just go some black sesame seeds. This just might be the perfect recipe to use them. Sounds good.

It looks like some ingredients are doubled. That's a lot of lemon ! I really like red pepper- I'll have to try this.
