¼ cup cacao butter
¼ cup coconut oil
1/3 cup cacao powder
¼ cup agave nectar
Dash of vanilla extract or vanilla bean
Recipe Directions
1. Peel the banana and place in the freezer for about 2 hours.
2. While the banana is freezing, place the cacao butter and cacao butter in the dehydrator to melt. Alternatively, place in a bowl inside a bowl of warm water to melt.
3. Once the oils have melted, either blend or mix the oils with the cacao powder, agave nectar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Pour into a dipping bowl and use the frozen banana to dip into your melted chocolate. Eat and repeat!
Subbacultcha's Thoughts

I did this tonight and it was ace.
Ridiculously simple but so indulgent!
Kind of reminds me of chocolate-dipped marshmallows.
You could also dip the chocolate coated banana in chopped nuts. Any leftover melted chocolate can be poured into molds and chilled, or licked from the bowl. :)

I began soaking raw almonds and raw cashews last week without water changes. Are they safe to eat?
