This goes great with, for example, lettuce wraps--sticks of celery, red pepper, cucumber, etc. wrapped in a lettuce leaf. Experiment with quantities, depending on how spicy or sweet you want it.

1 red chili (either deseeded or not)

Awesome! Sweet Chili sauce is one of my favories. It really makes a veggie wrap something exciting. I've been wanting a raw version.
