Serves 1 as a single dish - 2 if used as a side

1 crisp apple (I like Cortland)
1 large beet
¼ head of cabbage
3 carrots
1 Lemon juiced
dulse
Recipe Directions
Shred all ingredients (takes two seconds in the fp). Place in bowl. Cover with lemon juice and chopped dulce. Enjoy.

Somehow I lost the beet I bought for the recipe, and had to make it without. It was still delicious with just the carrot and apple, and seems to get better the longer it sits.
