do kelp noodles taste like sea veg or noodley noodles? not that i can find them here! :P

Mine are almost the same, except I use some shredded carrot, avocado, and a sprinkle of hemp seed. And my sauce has some rehydrated chili pepper and GF tamari in it. Gives it a kick! I'm high raw, so I sometimes use rice wrapping papers. I usually don't use kelp noodles at all... although traditional ones use some kind of noodles. I make these at least once a week, they are one of my favorites!
